REFUND POLICY

At SORÉANE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.
By placing an order through www.soreane.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must remain in its original sealed packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in the return being rejected.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, SORÉANE does not accept returns or issue refunds for products that are:

Damaged by the customer

Missing original packaging

Altered in any way

Returned in unsellable condition
Any product returned that does not meet our return requirements will be ineligible for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs.
SORÉANE does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse:

Customs duties

Import taxes

Brokerage fees

Any other return-related expenses
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SORÉANE cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.
REFUND APPROVAL PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.
SORÉANE reserves the sole right to determine whether returned products meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
REFUSED RETURNS
SORÉANE reserves the right to refuse any refund request if:

The product has been opened.

The product has been used.

The safety seal has been broken.

The packaging has been damaged.

The return is incomplete.

The return is received outside the return period.

The product cannot be resold as new.
In such cases, the refund request will be denied.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed by our fulfillment team.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact SORÉANE directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged using delivery confirmation, tracking records, customer communications, and other relevant documentation.
